From Veneto. So-called for the grey-pink-red colour of the grape. Straw yellow in colour with hints of green. Fresh and delicate bouquet, dry and gentle flavour. Accompanies hors d’oeuvres and fresh water fish.

Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the picturesque region of Salento in Southern Italy. This wine is dry with citrus fruit tones on the bouquet. Good crisp, balanced fruit with a lingering finish.
